Nicola is the founder of Elansu Activewear - a brand creating sports bras for big bust women!
For 20 years she has struggled to find a sports bra that gives good support and looks sexy but became more of an issue when she took part in a fitness photoshoot last year (image below!)
So from that day onwards, she started to do some research which resulted in her taking part in my 3 month group coaching programme! Her brand is about empowering women not only through her products but through fitness and health tips to help women feel body confident inside & out!
