Today’s guest is my dear friend and business partner Sophie French!
Sophie specialises in supporting women to switch their crippling self-doubt for unshakeable self-belief and swap their inner critic for their inner champion. I run a course with Sophie called the Self Belief Sessions and we’ve just closed the doors for the third round of intake! The course is all about busting your limiting beliefs which is quite ironic as a lot of our own limiting beliefs start showing up when we put the course on sale!
Every time we run it we always do a full debrief of how it went, what went well and what we’ve learnt for next time! This time we thought, why not record it as I bet it would be interesting for other people who are selling something online
